From the presentation I saw on the Riverfront Vision, there is very little housing involved. It is mostly public institutions and open space. I would not be surprised if the Riverfront Vision spurs high end development. I know that many of those areas have been rezoned for construction of up to 200 feet. With out project, we are working to include much needed affordable housing unites and a more human scale into this large development plan.

Hey, thank you for getting involved New Orleans' recovery.
As we all watch this huge project evolve on the only sliver of land that did not flood from the levee failures, it seems more geared towards elite commercial real estate developement rather than actual affordable urban landscape. Your thoughts?
Thank you again,
